Full Design Service

My full design service takes your garden from initial concept through to the finished space and covers everything in between.

This is a personal, unhurried process. We start with a conversation about how you live, what you love, and what you want to feel when you're in your garden. From there I develop a design that's specific to your home, your plot, and your life, not a formula applied to your space.

I manage every stage: concept, detailed design, planting schemes, joinery, lighting, material selection, landscaper appointment and build oversight. You're involved at every decision point, but you don't need to manage the process. That's my job.

The result is a garden that feels as though it could only ever have belonged to your home.

Design process

Consult A site visit and conversation to understand your garden, your home, and how you live. A brief follows covering goals, process, and fees.

Concept 2D and 3D drawings that establish the structure, flow, and character of your new garden.

Specifications Detailed construction drawings, layout, levels, lighting, irrigation, joinery. Everything a contractor needs to build accurately.

Procurement Every final element sourced and specified, furniture, planting pots, water features, lighting, structures. Chosen to work as a whole.

Planting A complete scheme with exact species, sizes, and quantities. I set out every plant on site myself.

Build Contractors appointed, tender managed, build overseen. You're kept informed without needing to manage the process.

Handover Your garden is complete. A personalised monthly care guide keeps it thriving through every season.

PROCUREMENT

The finishing touches are what make a garden feel complete rather than simply finished. I source and specify everything, furniture, lighting, pots, water features, textiles, and the smaller details that bring a space to life.

I work with suppliers across the UK and Europe, sourcing pieces that aren't available on every high street including furniture and ceramics from France, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands where some of the finest outdoor makers are based. If something exists that's perfect for your garden, I'll find it.

I handle all purchasing, delivery coordination, installation, and returns. Everything arrives when it should, goes where it should, and is ready for you to enjoy from day one.

PROJECT MONITORING & HANDOVER

A garden build has a lot of moving parts. I stay closely involved throughout visiting site regularly, keeping communication clear between you and your contractors, and making sure every detail is executed exactly as designed.
